A lot of Forney homes in Devonshire, Windmill Farms, Fox Hollow and Gateway were built in the last decade with builder-grade Samsung, LG, Whirlpool and GE appliances. Those units are good, but they hit their first real problems around years five to eight: dryer heating elements, washer drain pumps, refrigerator fans and dishwasher pumps.
